Architecture review
I look at what you have or what you're planning, and write up what I'd keep, change and avoid — with a diagram and a prioritised list.
Every project is different, but most follow the same shape. Here's what to expect — and what I'll need from you.
1–2 weeks
I look at what you have or what you're planning, and write up what I'd keep, change and avoid — with a diagram and a prioritised list.
Several weeks to months
I design and build the system with your team, from first prototype to production, and hand it over with documentation and an eval set.
1–3 weeks
An authorised, AI-driven penetration test of your product or AI feature, with ranked findings, fixes and a re-test.
1 day to 6 months
Hands-on workshops or longer programmes for your engineers. More on the teaching page.
The process
You tell me what you're trying to build and what's in the way. No preparation needed.
Scope, approach, timeline and cost, in plain language — usually within a few days.
We agree the design before much code is written, because that's where the expensive mistakes are.
Regular demos, a shared eval set, and nothing hidden in a black box.
Documentation, diagrams and the eval set stay with your team, so you're never dependent on me.

Contact
I'm open to AI engineering, architecture and training work. Tell me what you're building and what the constraints are — that's usually enough to start.
